The Planning application has now been rejected by the Planning department at East Herts for not complying with the District Plan (which incorporates our Neighbourhood plan).

The rejection states: “The proposed telecommunications equipment by reason of their size, siting and design would appear unduly prominent within the street scene, contributing to cluttter which will be visually intrusive and detrimental to the character and appearance of the street scene and surrounding properties.”
